July 8, 2008 (deadline to apply: April 9, 2008)
November 4, 2008 (deadline to apply: August 6, 2008)
March 3, 2009 (deadline to apply: December 3, 2008)
The state's deadline to apply for these exams is 90 DAYS prior to exam date. Note: Applications not completed by the deadline will be reveiwed by the state for subsequent examination.
